Established in 1974 by Paul Bancroft as a sole practioner, Paul Bancroft Architects has evolved into a multidisciplinary practice intent on producing considered and engaging architecture for commercial, domestic and specialist markets. Our project base demonstrates a wide scope of creative expertise and experience ranging from the design and construction of industrial and commercial projects to the conservation, alteration, restoration and refurbishment of listed buildings.
With an enthusiastic and experienced qualified team from wide ranging disciplines supported by skilled administrative personnel we have established a reputation for high quality new build, conservation work, conversions, extensions & refurbishments of listed, historic and specialist buildings for domestic, leisure, commercial and retail usage. In addition to building design and construction, the Practice has been responsible for the design of individual furniture pieces, fitted interiors in commercial and domestic locations, and the wholesale space planning and interior fitting out of major commercial interiors.
This RIBA affiliated Practice seeks to continually develop and broaden its client base thereby sustaining and enhancing its reputation for high quality Architectural Design.
Paul Bancroft Architects is a fully networked IT office, concentrating in the use of `AutoCAD’ Computer Aided Design, Autodesk Revit, Google Sketchup with other major graphic based computer software used to extend presentation and design techniques, alongside traditional freehand rendering.
Furthermore, we have extensive practical experience in creating carbon neutral environmentally sustainable structures and fully embrace the current requirements for promoting and extending these parameters in our work. The practice takes utmost care to minimise a project’s impact on the environment, whilst heeding a response to context and function.
